This is the original parkerised steel design developed for the BRNO .22LR rifle which has been in production since the 1950s, the only difference to the original BRNO pattern being the polymer base plate.

Factory replacement parts are manufactured to the exact same specifications and tolerances and use the same manufacturing materials as the standard ones which come with the rifle, ensuring excellent fit and reliable operation, not to mention the bigger capacity.
